Mr. Walker is a Registered Land Surveyor in both Kansas and Oklahoma, with over 20 years experience with Cornerstone and other large and small consulting firms. He brings to a project a broad range of survey, inspection, and administrative experience. He has worked on large boundary and mapping projects, ALTA surveys, power line design and substation surveys, high-precision control surveys, water and sewage system design surveys, well locations, latitude/longitude determinations, street and highway design surveys (urban and rural), right-of-way staking and surveys for sewage plant improvements and industrial waste projects. His experience includes numerous municipal capital improvement projects and subdivision design survey tasks relating to platting and replatting. He has performed construction staking duties on Municipal Water, Sewer and Street systems; Highway Construction such as US400, Montgomery Co., KS and US69A, Cherokee, Co., KS; Bridges; Building Sites such as the Expo Center, Claremore, OK; and numerous smaller projects. He has also taught Construction Surveying at Kansas State University - Salina. He has experience with state-of-the-art terrestrial measuring equipment, celestial observations, and GPS satellite-based measuring equipment. Projects include cadastral, photogrammetric, geodetic and engineering surveys.

Mr. Walker has been involved in GPS surveying throughout much of the development of current GPS survey technology. GPS projects include:
• Geodetic control, alignment and section lines on K-96 Highway from Maize, Kansas near Hutchinson, Kansas (+/- 30 miles)
• US-54 Highway through Wichita, Kansas (+/- 5 miles)
• K-254 Highway from Kechi, Kansas to El Dorado, Kansas (+/- 18 miles)
• Photo-control points along the Wichita-Valley Center Floodway for the City of Wichita, Kansas
• Photo-control for drainage and GIS base mapping of the cities of Coffeyville, Kansas and South Coffeyville, Oklahoma and surrounding area
• Geodetic locations for radar calibration transmitters at and surrounding Wichita Mid-Continent Airport, cellular telephone transmitter towers, and a Doppler radar site
