Survey Party Chief Independence High School, Independence, KS – General Education Surveying Education by Independent Study, Seminars, and Experience. Mr. Bayless has over 24 years surveying experience with large and small surveying/engineering consulting firms. He has been employed by Cornerstone Regional Surveying, LLC since April, 1999. He is a highly experienced and capable Survey Party Chief. He has demonstrated great practical knowledge of the surveying profession. He has worked on large and small boundary and mapping projects, ALTA surveys, highway design surveys, right-of-way staking and boundary and topographic surveys of various sites ranging from subdivisions to industrial waste sites. He has performed construction staking duties on various projects ranging from single buildings to streets, roads and highways. He has experience with state-of-the art terrestrial and GPS satellite-based measuring equipment. Mr. Bayless has performed dozens of Wetland and Grassland Reserve Easement Surveys; the Boundary and Control Survey for various floodplain mapping projects in Eastern Kansas; Design, Surveying for highways in both Kansas and Missouri; various ALTA Surveys of commercial and industrial properties throughout Kansas, Oklahoma and Missouri. |
